These terms apply to Lead Finder, an online service operated by Rido Enterprises ("we", "us") at leads.rido.asia, and to you as its user. By signing in or paying for a plan you agree to them.

1. The service

Lead Finder lets you search for businesses of a given type near a place, and shows publicly available business listing information such as name, phone number, website, address, rating and map location. Listings come from Google Maps and OpenStreetMap. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete, accurate or current.

2. Google Maps

Lead Finder uses Google Maps features and content. By using Lead Finder you agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms. Google Maps listings may only be viewed in Lead Finder; you must not copy, export, scrape or store them in bulk, or use them to build a list or database.

3. Accounts

You sign in with your mobile number, verified by a one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

4. Plans and prices

Free — ₹0, 20 searches per calendar month, first 10 results per search.
Basic — ₹499 for 30 days, 100 searches, all results (up to 60) per search.
Pro — ₹1,499 for 30 days, 500 searches, all results (up to 60) per search.
Prices include all taxes. We will show any price change on this site before it applies to a new purchase.

5. Payment

Paid plans are bought as a one-time payment through Razorpay (UPI, card or netbanking) and give 30 days of access from the time of payment. They do not renew automatically. Unused searches do not carry over. Your payment details are handled by Razorpay and are never received or stored by us.

6. Acceptable use

You must use the information lawfully. In particular, you must follow the rules that apply to calls and messages you make, including the TRAI regulations on unsolicited commercial communication and do-not-disturb preferences, and you must not use the service to send spam or to harass anyone. You must not resell or republish the listings, compile them into a list or database, or use automated tools to access the service.

7. Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we suspend a paid account without a breach of these terms on your part, we refund the unused part of your plan.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
